Every hour at the table, counted.
Seated is a live hours-played leaderboard and table-management tool for poker cash-game events.
Hours tracked by memory are not a payout record.
At a cash-game event the prize usually comes down to how long each player actually sat and played. That gets tracked on a whiteboard, in someone's head, or in a WhatsApp group — and by the last night nobody can say who was at which table at 2am, who was on a break for forty minutes, or what the table was even running at the time. Seated is the record instead: staff seat a player and the clock starts, they sit out and it pauses, and every change is written down with who made it. When the payouts are argued about, there is something to check them against.
The felt, two taps deep
Each table is drawn as a felt with its seats around it. Tap a seat to seat a player, sit them out, move them or rack them up — the clock on that seat runs while they are playing and stops while they are sat out. A sat-out seat turns amber, and starts pulsing once the break passes half an hour.
Live leaderboard and Floor TV
Hours add up into a standing that is worked out fresh every time it is shown, with the top three on a podium. A manager pairs a screen once with a short code and that TV shows the board for the event with no login and no refreshing. Money is never shown on the board.
Stakes per table, with history
A table runs a stakes row — a label, a game, and either blinds or a buy-in — and a manager can change it mid-run. Time on either side of the change is attributed to whatever the table was actually running, so a player's hours break down by stakes rather than collapsing into one number.
An audit log, and CSV when it is over
Seating, session edits and settings changes all land in the event's audit trail with who did it, when, and what changed — an edit keeps the values before and after, so a corrected end time can always be traced back. The sessions and the leaderboard export as CSV for the payout conversation afterwards.
Event organisers and the floor and table staff they invite — a floor manager runs the whole event, and table managers deal the tables they have been assigned. Anyone can sign in with Google, but a new account sees nothing at all until an organiser lets it into an event: staff enter the event code and a floor manager approves them, or they are invited by email in advance and are in on first sign-in.
Staff software, not a gambling app.
Seated is a tool for the people running an event, not a consumer app and not a place to gamble. Nobody bets, plays a hand or pays anyone through it. It takes no payments, moves no money and offers no wagering of any kind — no amount is entered or shown anywhere in it. Players do not have accounts and never sign in; their seat time is entered by the staff at the table.
